How do we accomplish this? Through an interactive curriculum, dynamic lessons offered in person and online, and partnerships with local and global organizations, we provide inclusive and adaptable musical instruction tailored to each child's unique learning style and circumstances.

We hope that iCrescendo will inspire a lifelong love of music in our students and that they will continue to share their talents and passion for music with their communities and beyond.
meet the team!
founder: Iris Lu
Iris Lu has been a dedicated violinist for over a decade, and she has performed concerts as both concertmaster and soloist of various orchestras.
Iris was born and raised in California, but her violin has been her passport to the globe. She has performed in the Musikverein or Golden Hall in Vienna, Austria, and looks forward to honing her skills under the instruction of Bruce Dukov.
Iris is honored to work on several projects supported by the European Union and is committed to promoting access to quality music education, locally and abroad. Her most recent ventures include teaching violin in Ndola Zambia with the support of Northrise University.
She hopes that this workbook, along with the rest of the iCrescendo curriculum, will inspire a lifelong love of music in her students, as it has for her.
Director of communications: johnny tran
Johnny Tran is a passionate advocate for education and community development, with a particular focus on creating opportunities for youth. Johnny has dedicated his career to supporting initiatives that foster creativity and learning in various fields. Raised in Southern California, he has always been committed to giving back to his community and has played a pivotal role in several educational projects both locally and internationally.
Through his involvement with the iCrescendo curriculum, Johnny aims to support the spread of quality music education, recognizing its importance in nurturing well-rounded, creative individuals. He hopes that this workbook will inspire students to explore new interests and develop a lifelong love of learning.
